U.S. Judge Orders SEC to File Proposed Amendments in Connection with SEC v. Ripple by April 8

Former U.S. Attorney James K. Filan issued a release on developments related to the SEC v. Ripple case. The judge said that Associate Judge Netburn ordered the SEC to file its proposed amendments with the court by April 8, 2022, for camera review.
