Uniswap Labs closed a $165 million Series B round at a $1.66 billion valuation led by Polychain Capital, with participation from a16z, Paradigm, SV Angel, Variant, and others.

Uniswap Labs is currently not profitable, its founder Hayden Adams said, but the company intends to draw on the Series B funding to expand its product offerings and become financially sustainable in coming years. He says this will include building an NFT aggregator that will "unlock new interactions between tokens and NFTs."
