Users Who Sold Initial $OP Airdrop Should Be Ineligible for All Future Airdrops, Optimism Community Proposal Suggests

Optimism community member 0xJohn raised a governance proposal, advising that the users who sold the initial $OP airdrop should be excluded in all the future distribution of Optimism's airdrop. The proposal said that those users just maximized their profit instead of contributing to governance.
