Voyager's Exposure to 3AC Consists of 15,250 Bitcoins and $350 million $USDC

Crypto broker Voyager Digital announced that it will issue a notice of default to Three Arrows Capital if it fails to repay its loan. Voyager's exposure to Three Arrows Capital consists of 15,250 $BTC and $350 million $USDC. Voyager Digital initially demanded repayment of $25 million by June 24th, and then demanded the full amount by June 27th, 2022 to repay the entire amount. Failure by Three Arrows Capital to repay any of the requested amounts by these specified dates would constitute an event of default and Voyager is in discussions with the Company's advisors regarding the legal remedies available. Previously, Voyager Digital signed an agreement with Alameda Research to obtain $200 million and a 15,000 $BTC line of credit.
