Web3 Development Platform Alchemy Closed $200 Million in Funding at $10.2 Billion Valuation

TokenInsight news, Alchemy, a Web3 development platform, closed a $200 million round of funding at a $10.2 billion valuation, led by Lightspeed and Silver Lake, with participation from a number of existing investors. The funds rasied will be used to spread Web3 adoption, including the launch of Web3 University — an open educational resource for learning Web3, Alchemy Ventures and a nonfungible token (NFT) API for website developers. Alchemy is a blockchain infrastructure company that provides blockchain development platform services for blockchain developers. Previously, Alchemy closed a $250 million Series C round led by a16z last October, valuing the company at $3.5 billion.
