Web3 Metaverse Platform Mona Closes $14.6 Million Series A Funding Round with Polygon Studios and Others

Web3 metaverse platform Mona has closed a $14.6 million Series A round led by Protocol Labs, Archetype and Collab+Currency, with participation from Placeholder, OpenSea Ventures, Polygon Studios, ConsenSys and others. The funds raised will be used to build a metaverse platform for 3D creators. Mona provides a metaverse platform for creators, designed to make it very easy and free for any creator to build high quality virtual worlds that can be sold as NFTs.
