XCarnival Exploiter Transferred Remaining 1,500 $ETH to Tornado Cash

According to Etherscan data, after returning 1,467 $ETH, the XCarnival exploiter transferred the remaining funds to Tornado Cash at 100 $ETH/stroke, for a total of 1,500 $ETH, leaving a balance of 0.5564 $ETH at the address. Previously, XCarnival was exploited and officials promised to give the exploiter 1,500 $ETH bounty and explicitly exempt the person from legal action. Later, the exploiter returned 1,467 $ETH to XCarnival.
