The MEDICLE PROJECT is the world's first WEB3 healthcare ecosystem based on the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP). The MEDICLE team includes the best professional dentists in Korea, and there are a total of 17 participating dental clinics, with annual sales of approximately KRW 53.52 billion and a total annual patient count of 258,000. They are led by current doctors from Seoul National University, which is a domestic dental network that has been in operation for more than 23 years. Using this infrastructure, the company intends to start with specialized dentistry and expand its business to plastic surgery and dermatology. Plastic Surgery & Dermatology will also be staffed by the largest hospitals and specialists in the country. Participating plastic surgery & dermatology departments have a total of 100 branches, with total annual sales exceeding KRW 300 billion, and an average annual number of customers reaching 1,680,000 customers. In other words, it is possible to attract more customers than other projects and promote the activation of the MEDICLE ecosystem. Hospital branches are also steadily opening every year to increase the number of branches, and it can be expected that the means of using MEDICLE will be more expanded. In addition to direct operation, we plan to expand the use of MEDICLE freely in hospitals around the world through business agreements, and first of all, we present a vision to build the best blockchain medical service ecosystem in Korea.

The MEDICLE Project aims to complete the above tasks and take the next step to the basic treatment areas (eye, nose, chest, lifting, and fat surgery) that are differentiated from other plastic surgery and dermatology services, and to build the world's only service that provides a wide range of treatment access to the areas of reconstruction, trauma, and hair loss. Furthermore, based on the PGS (Personal Genome Service) test, which can accurately grasp genetic information by selectively amplifying the genes of oral microorganisms by extracting oral DNA, "Lab Genomics", a global molecular diagnostic healthcare company that looks beyond the present and looking to the future, oral microbial services that can predict periodontal disease, systemic diseases, and tooth decay are embraced into the medical ecosystem through Co-Work, allowing customers to pay for the services through MDI tokens.
The participants of the ecosystem can easily find and make reservations for dentistry, plastic surgery, and dermatology through the platform of the MEDICLE, and receive payments and rewards through security-specific blockchain technology. In addition, it is possible to safely store personal medical records in a state where forgery/falsification is impossible, and customers can design themselves to utilize personal information in the blockchain system by breaking away from the existing closed medical information system.
