Of a total supply of 6.01 billion, 1.4 billion ROCKs serve as the reserve fund & represent the governance and voting power, with Gala Games and Huobi holding 0.7 billion each. These 1.4 billion ROCK have only governance and voting rights and will never enter the secondary market.
