Telegram Bot project Banana Gun announced the launch of the new $BANANA token and a Uniswap V2 liquidity pool. The token contract is 0x38E68A37E401F7271568CecaAc63c6B1e19130B4. At launch, the new token was priced at $6.2, and it's currently trading at $9.1. Holders of the old tokens will receive airdrops to compensate for their losses caused by the bug in the old token contract.
Banana Gun said that the new token has gone through two audits by Solidproof and Asfalia. The team will soon launch an incentive program to encourage people not to sell the token.
Yesterday, Banana Gun completed the first part of its compensation plan, refunding 740 $ETH to 591 wallets.
