HashKey Group Obtains Hong Kong SFC Approval to Conduct OTC Business

Digital asset financial services provider HashKey Group announced it has obtained approval from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC), which allows its subsidiary Hash Blockchain Limited (HBL) to carry on an off-platform virtual asset trading business (OTC).

HashKey Group is allowed to offer off-platform virtual asset trading. HBL can act as the intermediary to facilitate trades between two parties, even if they wish to trade tokens that are not listed on the exchange's order book.

Previously, HashKey Group has received approval from the SFC to operate a virtual asset trading platform for professional investors through HBL.
