Insurance protocol Reinsurer Re closed a $14 million seed round with participation from Tribe Capital, Defy, Exor and others. The funds raised will be used to build a decentralized marketplace. CEO Karn Saroya said in a statement, "We are building a decentralized global insurance trading layer that addresses any kind of insurance risk in a way that is transparent to regulators, partners and investors."
