Meta to Support Minting and Selling Polygon NFTs on Instagram

Meta announced that it's testing a new NFT-related feature on Instagram with select US creators and collectors starting this week, which will allow minting and selling NFTs directly on Instagram. The feature will support Polygon first.

Creators will be able to use an end-to-end toolkit to create, showcase and sell NFTs on Instagram, which users can buy directly within the platform.

In addition, Meta is expanding the types of digital collectibles that users can showcase on Instagram to include video and adding support for Solana and Phantom wallet.
