Optimism Deprecates Kovan Testnet, Migrating to Goerli Testnet

Optimism deprecates Kovan testnet and is migrating to Goerli testnet. Official recommend oracles, nodes, infra providers, and dev tools start migrating ASAP. They’re aiming for all projects to be completely migrated to Goerli by August 15th.
