According to Coindesk, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin "unexpectedly" attended a technology summit in Kiev on the 9th, local time. This is not the first time Vitalik Buterin has publicly expressed his support for Ukraine. Back in 2017, Vitalik Buterin met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and communicated about Ethereum-related opportunities.
