Adim, a Web3 entertainment company founded by actor and producer Rob McElhenney, has closed a $5 million seed round led by a16z. Adim aims to use crypto technology to co-create content and share in the potential royalties ahead. In its initial form, 100 creators will be chosen from all applicants and will receive a "Core Character" NFT, which is non-transferable and will serve as a royalty receipt for the IP created by the holder.
