Coinbase announced it will add support for VeChain ($VET) and VeThor ($VTHO) on the VeChain network. Trading will begin on or after 9AM PT on 13 September 2023, if liquidity conditions are met.
VeChain (VET) is an enterprise-grade Layer 1 smart contract platform focused on providing supply chain management solutions for enterprises and integrating with the Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
VeChain Token ($VET) and VeThor ($VTHO) are the two tokens on the Vechain network. The former is used to relay value across VeChain's network, while the latter is utilized to power smart contract transactions as energy or "gas."
